Ngày 2.2, Liên đoàn Lao động tỉnh Quảng Trị cho biết, lãnh đạo và Công đoàn bộ phận Nhà máy Viên năng lượng Cam Lộ (thuộc Công ty CP Tổng Công ty Thương mại Quảng Trị) đã tổ chức Hội nghị đối thoại người lao động và triển khai kế hoạch sản xuất, kinh doanh năm 2026.
The conference was organized with the full participation of the Board of Directors and all officials and employees of the factory. The dialogue took place in an open and democratic atmosphere, creating conditions for workers to frankly express their thoughts and aspirations, and at the same time contribute many constructive opinions to promote the unit's sustainable development.
At the conference, many practical opinions related to working conditions, policies, labor safety and the lives of workers were listened to, recorded and directly answered and clarified by the leaders and the Executive Committee of the Factory Trade Union.
On this occasion, Cam Lo Energy Plant also organized Tet gifts, encouraging workers before the New Year, showing concern, sharing and solidarity in the collective of workers.
