You can cook soup or make tapioca starch with warm water, drink lightly in the morning to support hydration and provide antioxidants.

Combine arrowroot with green vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C (which helps regenerate glutathione) to optimize antioxidant reactions.

Limit arrowroot from being used too thick or with too much sugar, as refined sugar can cause metabolic stress and damage the liver.

People with severe liver disease, high liver enzymes or who are taking medication should consult a doctor before using it regularly.
