Bac Ninh Provincial Department of Construction has just issued a notice publicly announcing information after the commencement of construction of social housing items at land plot NOXH-B2 and social housing at land plot NOXH-B4 under the VSIP Bac Ninh urban and service area investment and construction project.
The project is invested by VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd. In which, the construction site is NOXH-B2 land plot in Dai Dong commune; NOXH-B4 land plot in Tu Son ward and Dai Dong commune.
The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. The total number of apartments is 547 units for sale, of which the building on land plot NOXH-B2 is 454 units, the building on land plot NOXH-B4 is 93 units. The expected selling price (temporary) is about 19,400,000 VND (including VAT, excluding maintenance fees).
The expected start and end time for receiving applications is expected from May 4 - June 4, 2026.

According to the reporter's investigation, the social housing project is located in the adjacent area northeast of Hanoi Capital, about 15km from the center of Hanoi.
Bac Ninh is one of the leading localities in the country in terms of social housing development results. In 2025, the province completed nearly 20,000 social housing units, accounting for about 20% of the country's total supply.
In 2026, the province is assigned a target of 19,000 units, higher than Hanoi, but the province sets a target to continue to complete over 20,000 units.
Currently, the construction of social housing in Bac Ninh province continues to take place strongly and comprehensively across all subjects.
In particular, Bac Ninh province started construction of the first social housing building for the Police force and is expected to soon start the next project for the Army force.
