Xuan Cong Truong 2026 is implemented to send sincere thanks to the construction workers, contractor teams, and silent people who have accompanied Giza throughout the project implementation process, directly deciding the safety, quality, progress and efficiency of each project.
Bringing spring to construction projects
With the message "Gieo gắn kết, Tết tri ân", Xuan Cong Truong 2026 is organized as a "festival" for workers right at the construction site, a space associated with their daily work. The program has given thousands of Tet gifts to workers working at many industrial construction projects of Giza Vietnam General Contractor in Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen, Quang Ninh provinces,... along with giao lưu activities, souvenir photos and rustic art performances performed by workers themselves.
Simple but emotional activities have contributed to bringing the Tet atmosphere earlier to workers at the construction site, creating a connection between workers and the project management board, engineers and businesses. This is also a source of spiritual encouragement for workers to feel secure in working, celebrating Tet more fully and warmly in the specific working conditions of the construction industry.
Ms. Pham Thi Loan, of the Cup Pha Team, a worker who has been attached to Giza for the past 11 years, emotionally shared: "I have done many projects with Giza, from the first projects until now. Today receiving gifts and celebrating spring with my brothers and sisters like this, I am very excited and grateful. The company cares about workers like that, we feel respected, considered part of the Giza family. I hope the company will develop more and more so that workers have more stable jobs, because most of us are people far from home to earn a living.
Ms. Loan's sharing partly reflects the thoughts of workers during Tet, and also shows the spiritual significance and importance of community programs, aimed at this special labor force.

Over the past time, the unit has implemented many community activities such as the annual voluntary blood donation program "Gia Red Drop", along with activities to support the construction of schools, civil bridges and other community projects. The implementation of Xuan Cong Truong 2026 not only carries the meaning of caring for Tet for workers but also contributes to affirming the social responsibility of businesses in the construction industry. This is the first year the program has been organized, laying the foundation for the orientation of building Xuan Cong Truong into an annual series of activities, long-term attachment to the construction force at the projects.
