Trước đó, ngày 31.1, người dân (tại khu phố Hiệp An 3, phường Phú An, TPHCM) phản ánh có xe thu gom rác trong quá trình di chuyển trên tuyến đường ĐX85 đã liên tục xả nước thải xuống mặt đường. Hành vi này không chỉ gây mùi hôi thối nồng nặc mà còn tiềm ẩn nguy cơ gây trơn trượt cho các phương tiện tham gia giao thông.

The unit under the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police made a record of handling the act of transporting goods or waste causing water to flow down the road surface, causing traffic unsafety. This act has a fine of 2 to 4 million VND specified in point a, clause 2, article 17 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP.
