Thông tin từ Tổng Công ty Điện lực miền Nam (EVNSPC) ngày 3.2 cho biết, ngay trong tháng 1.2026, ngành điện miền Nam đã có khởi đầu mạnh mẽ trong công tác đầu tư xây dựng khi đóng điện thành công 8 công trình lưới điện 110kV tại các tỉnh gồm: Lâm Đồng, An Giang, Tây Ninh và Đồng Tháp và TP Cần Thơ.
In Can Tho City, on January 31, 2026, two projects were energized including: 110/22kV Binh Thuy Substation (installing T2 transformer with a capacity of 63MVA) and 110kV Tra Noc - Binh Thuy transmission line, with a total investment of more than 66.9 billion VND; and the renovation and upgrade project of 110/22kV Long Hoa Substation, with a total investment of more than 48.8 billion VND.
In Lam Dong province, in the last days of January 2026, EVNSPC successfully energized two projects including: the 110kV Tan Thanh - 220kV Ham Tan 2 Substation project, with a total investment of 151 billion VND (energized on January 29, 2026) and the 110kV Di Linh Substation capacity upgrade project, with a total investment of over 23 billion VND (energized on January 31, 2026).
In An Giang, EVNSPC also completed two projects including: The 110kV Lo ra project of Cho Moi 220kV substation with a total investment of over 8.6 billion VND (January 31, 2026) and the 220kV Lo ra project of Chau Thanh with a total investment of 14 billion VND (January 20, 2025).
Also in January 2026, EVNSPC energized Tan Thanh 110kV Substation and the connection line in Tay Ninh province, with a total investment of more than 109 billion VND; and the Project to upgrade and renovate My Thuan 110kV Substation, Dong Thap province, with a total investment of over 21.8 billion VND.
The projects after completion and put into operation will contribute to improving the reliability and safety of power supply; strengthening grid connectivity, flexibility in operation management, ready to meet the requirements of double-digit economic growth in southern provinces and cities.
According to EVNSPC, identifying 2026 as a "pivot year" to create a foundation for the 5-year plan, period 2026 - 2030, the EVNSPC Party Committee has issued Resolution No. 46-NQ/ĐU on focusing on comprehensively completing production and business targets, especially the investment and construction of the power grid.
Accordingly, EVNSPC aims to accelerate the progress and shorten the implementation time of power grid investment projects to improve the efficiency of capital use, ensure safe and stable supply to meet the requirements of socio-economic development and people's lives in the southern provinces in 2026 and the following years.
To effectively implement the Resolution, EVNSPC directly assigns leaders to be in charge of each project, especially key and urgent projects. Difficulties and problems arising during the implementation are required to be handled promptly or reported to competent authorities in the spirit of "clear, specific, and within authority", so as not to affect the progress of power projects.
Từ đầu năm 2026 đến nay, không khí thi công trên các công trình do EVNSPC làm chủ đầu tư luôn khẩn trương, nghiêm túc. Ngay trong kỳ nghỉ Tết Dương lịch 2026 vừa qua, hàng nghìn cán bộ, kỹ sư, công nhân của EVNSPC và lực lượng thi công của các nhà thầu vẫn bám trụ tại công trường, duy trì tiến độ thi công với quyết tâm đưa các dự án về đích đúng kế hoạch.
Trong năm 2026, EVNSPC phấn đấu khởi công 77 công trình và đóng điện 105 công trình lưới điện 110kV, tổng vốn đầu tư khoảng 17.260 tỉ đồng. Trong đó, EVNSPC đặt mục tiêu quyết tâm hoàn thành 51 công trình trong 4 tháng đầu năm, lập thành tích chào mừng 51 năm thành lập (30.4.1975 - 30.4.2026).
